If you need to easily collect payments from your customers, you can Set up Payment Processing in GoReminders. This way, you can view all of your payment requests and appointments in one place.
However, if you prefer using a different payment method instead of our fully integrated payment processing feature, you’re free to manually add a payment link to your reminders.
How to get the shareable links from your payment processing service:
Venmo

To find your personal QR code, go to your Venmo app.

Open the scanner and tap “Venmo Me”. You’ll see your personal QR code next to your profile picture.

Click on the Share button and copy the link.

Go to Settings > Reminders in your GoReminders account.

Select the desired message template to add the link.

Paste the link into the reminder template and customize your message as needed.

Click the orange Save button next to the reminder template to keep the changes.
Stripe

Open Stripe. In the Dashboard, open the “Payment links” page and click + New.

Select +Add a new product.

Fill out the product details.

Click Add product.
-
Click Next.
-
Click Create link.

After creating a link you’ll automatically see the details page. Click the link to copy it.

Go toSettings > Reminders in your GoReminders account.

Select the desired message template to add the link.

Paste the link into the reminder template and customize your message as needed.

Click the orange Save button next to the reminder template to keep the changes.
Intuit/QuickBooks Payments
If you have QuickBooks Payments, you can accept electronic payments like credit cards and ACH transactions directly from an invoice.

Open Quickbooks website.

Go to Sales > Customers.

Select the customer’s name on the list.

Find and open the invoice.

In the Invoice page, click the drop-down arrow next to the Save and close.

Choose Save and share link.

Click the Copy link button in the Send your customer a link to their invoice window.

Go toSettings > Reminders in your GoReminders account.

Select the desired message template to add the link.

Paste the link into the reminder template and customize your message as needed.

Click the orange Save button next to the reminder template to keep the changes.
Note: We don’t recommend using a URL shortener like Bitly or TinyURL. Putting shortened URLs in a message makes it more likely to be blocked by phone carriers. US carrier policies strongly discourage the use of shared public URL shorteners due to the frequency of use by bad actors.
