Store all files related to a customer in one place, whether they’re attached to an appointment or stored in the customer profile without searching through multiple systems.
Customer files include all the files you’ve attached to a customer’s past appointments. You can also upload files directly to a customer without tying them to a specific appointment.
You can manage customer files in two places:

Messages Tab: Click on a customer in the Inbox column, and then click the three dots at the top right of the popup window. This will open the customer detail popup, where you can access the Files/Photos section.

Customer Section: Go to More > Customers, search for a customer, or select them from the list. On the customer’s detail page, you’ll see a Files/Photos section where you can manage their files.
