No need to send emails with attachments or use external sharing tools. Share links make it quick and easy for both you and your customers.
To share a file or photo with a customer:

Click the share icon in any file list (appointment, customer, or account-wide).

This will generate a public link that you can send to your customer.
Additionally, there’s an Add File Link button in the chat interface on the Messages tab. This allows you to quickly paste a link to the file or photo into your chat message with the customer.
By utilizing these features, you can keep all important documents organized and easily accessible, making it simple to manage appointments and customer information efficiently.
