Imagine you need to find an invoice from months ago. With the account-wide search feature, you can filter files by type and find exactly what you need in seconds.
To search through all the files and photos you’ve uploaded across your entire account, go to More > Files & Photos. Here, you can browse, filter, and search for files related to any customer or appointment.
Filtering and Searching Files and Photos
You can search for files in any of the views mentioned above by clicking the search icon at the top right of the file list.
This brings up the search bar where you can search files by:

File name
-
Description
-
Customer name
-
Upload date
You can also filter by file type to easily find the right file when needed.
File Types
File types let you create an organized structure so you can easily track, search, and sort documents.
As a small business owner, you might want to group your files by “Receipts,” “Contracts,” and “Job Photos.” Categorizing files by type makes it easy to filter and find the specific files you’re looking for.
To help categorize your files, you can assign them file types, such as “Job Photo” or “Invoice”. You can create new file types when uploading a file or select from any file types you’ve already created. To manage your file types, go to More > Files & Photos > File Types.
