You can add a Label to mark an appointment as “No-show”. This is for internal use only and not visible to clients. To create a Label do the following:
-
Go to the Settings > Labels page.
-
Click the orange + sign to add a label to categorize your appointments.
-
Enter No-show in the Label field.
-
Optional: Check the ‘Stop Reminders and follow-ups‘ box in the edit mode of the label. If you’ve setup follow-up messages, this will prevent them from sending for no-show appointments. (Checking this box is not required.)
-
Click the Save button to keep your changes.
