At times, your customers may request to reschedule an appointment. This can happen due to various reasons such as a change in their schedule or an emergency. Fortunately, with GoReminders, rescheduling an appointment is simple.
Here are two options on how a customer can book a new appointment after requesting to reschedule:

Send them a message through the Messaging tab asking them when they would like to reschedule. Then locate the appointment in your GoReminders Calendar and edit the appointment date and time yourself.

Send them a message through the Messaging tab, with your booking link. Once your customer receives the message, they can click on the booking link and schedule a new appointment themselves using your Booking Form. You can get your booking form link by clicking the “Copy Link” button under the Booking tab.
That’s it! Your customer’s appointment has been successfully rescheduled.
