Creating a reminder message without a set date

Yes, you can do that and still keep everything automated!

The {{Date}} tag can be used in multiple ways so your reminder templates can show an approximate date if an exact date doesn’t work for your business. 

If you need to just remind your client of an appointment occurring during an upcoming week, you can customize your message like this: “We’ll be there the week of {{Date}}”.

The {{Date}} tag will then pull in the date of the appointment.
